A potato ricer is a practical tool to have in the kitchen. It looks a bit like an over-sized garlic press and works in much the same way.
This easy to use potato ricer features a new, larger oval drum and is great for ricing/mashing potatoes, making gnocchi, tomato sauces, pureeing fruit or baby food.
Just fill the ricer with your cooked ingredients and squeeze the handles together to press them through the perforated base.
