Care Instructions:
- Designed to be pre-heated in the oven
- Handles become hot during use — always use oven mitts or a tea towel
- Allow pan to cool before washing
- Wipe clean or wash lightly in warm water
- Do not use a stiff brush, scourer, oven cleaner, dishwasher, or microwave
- Dry thoroughly after washing and store with lid off to help prevent rust
- Place paper towels between pans to absorb moisture
- Use a trivet before placing hot pan on surfaces
